The last month of Marions pregnancy she, Sister Loise, and sister Margarette Created a plan to have Sister Margerette take the child away. “Marion you must understand you cannot go with the child!” “what? why?” “because it will be safer with out you my dear and if you go with it, the child will surley die.” “But it is my child!” “Marion you cannot be selish!” Sister Loise yelled, this child is special, the first child born of both bloods and we must die to protect it.” “but-” “i know it will be hard, but when that child is safe you will be happy, believe me.” Sister loise said holding marions hands. Marion cried but asked, “then what do we do next?” Sister loise and Sister margerette both smiled at her and Sister Loise said, “sister Margerette you will take the child to the town of lockslay were it will be safe. There is a monk there who is elvan and was once an orfin from this abby when we had children come here. but now he lives there. He thought humans were better than elvens im afraid.” she smiled and a tear came to her eye. I have written to him last month and he did get back to me. he said that he knows were the child can be taken and is willing to take the risk if we are just as willing.” “how can you trust this man?” marion looked at her socked. “youll just let any one take this child?” “marion you must understand this man is a child of god! he would do nothing to betray my trust!” “how do you know its him!” “marion you are going to have to trust what the omega will grace us with and how he will help us.” “with my father dead and my brother as my mother of all people take the bastard prince into her bed! and promise her first son Sir Lucic the devil dog himself to be next in line to be king?! I dont think god is willing to save this child!” “marion!!” sister MArgerette yelled. “you must have faith…there was a reason you were not found out about this child! you could have been put to death at the castle but you werent! you could have been killed all this past month but you werent because this child is suppost to come and be taken to this priest. i believe it to be so!” Marion looked into Sister Margerettes eyes and sighed. “fine- what must i do.” “how much money did you bring?” “a lot, just incase i had to flee…” “good we can buy Sister Margerettte a horse to travel and pack the baby with some things so she will have some things from the abby.” “yes but a light horse?” “yes like the one the human king road, the elvens have a hard time tracking light horses in these woods, they are much too thick, but with a war horse they stop around like giants.” “fine- 1 horse and what else, some food…a pack…anything else?” “yes you must think of what you will give the child so it can remember you…and be traced back to this kingdom.” “but isnt that bad?” “yes and no-” “the child me be know as your child, with your crest…and i know you bear sir Richards crest on that necklace…maybe we could have a second one made with his and your crest.” “i already did that for her…”Marion said smiling. Sister Loise smiled, good because that would take too long to do at this point. now Sister Margerette, you will take the child to friar tucks home and then both of you will take the child to were ever the child is suppost to go. Marion you must write a letter to the person who is taking in the child and you must seal it with your crest so they know its from you.” Marion just knodded and Now the day the child is birthed she must be taken to the town…To avoid any suspicion Sister Margerette will take her and with no one else. Sister Margerette will go down the river in a boat to the docks and sink the boat there. she will then take the baby and buy a light horse from an old elven named Rusnick and he will just take the money and no questions. then you will buy supplies from him and only him no one else…Then sister you will take the child over the mountains of Remouse and go to the elders for protection, they will understand but you are to tell them nothing of were you are to go or were you came from. just tell them that you have a long journey ahead of you and that is all!” Sister Margerette just knodded at sister Loise and she continued. “now my dear then you will go down the remouse mountains through the orc forest and the most dangerouse part and to the town of lockslay.” “but “Marion sputtered. ” how will you be safe?” “i wont be until i get to lockslay, you must undrstand Marion, this child is in danger as long as she is here with you and i will get her to lockslay, i know it!” Marion gave up on the argument and sat in a chiar that Sister Loise had in the corner. “what will you feed the child with?” Marion said “i will feed her with…well i dont know goat milk?” Sister margerette said looking dazed at Sister Loise. “yes goat milk would do nicely but your going up to the elders…a goat would never servive the cold…but llamas would their thick coats are perfict and they have more than enough milk for the child…but you would need two…a constantly breeding female and a second one for yourself. The light horse would never do because of the cold up there.” fine two llamas but who sells llamas?” “there is actaully a man who lives by himself he has many llamas and has tryed to sell me one many times.” “good- fine then this child will be taken from me and sent away and fed llamas milk and ill never see her again!” Sister Loise looked at Marion and held her close to her heart. my dear you are so very special…the first day you came here i knew you were going to have an amazing child because you are truely amazing and you will make this childs life as well as the rest of your peoples lives happy!” Marion smiled and looked at Sister Loise…”please dont take this the wrong way sister…but you are like the mother i older sister i never had but always wanted.” Sister Loise laughed…”i would never take that in offence my dear you have just told me that i am much younger than i actually am!”
As Lucic rode hard and fast Marion screamed and yelled for the omega. sisters were running briskly in and out of the room bringing blankets and hot water and cold water and this and that for Sister Loise. The screams grew louder as the baby was almost there, and then silence…just the rain out side could be heard. Marion was looking to see who was now crying, asking to be warmed again. “Congradulations Marion!” said Sister Loise…”its a princess!” Marion started to cry as she saw the baby…what beautiful eyes she had thought as Sister Loise gave her the child all wrapped up in a blanket. The child was looking and sqirming for something to see and Marion took the child in her arms and fed her. the child suckled and slirped at the warm milk and marion smiled…you my child are finally here and im sooo happy you are! This world has been waiting for you.” she said and the baby looked up at her and smiled a toothless smile. “you are too beautiful, just like your father…” she said. she has her fathers nose…and his smile but she has my face oh and my eyes.” The sisters cooed around the little baby but Sister Loise knew that time was apon them and the plan had to be put into motion. That night the rain started again and Sister Loise came to Marion with Sister margerette. “no- please dont take her…im sorry please just dont take her! im sorry Marion but you agreed to this when the child was growing inside of you.” “please…you will have a last moment with the child and then sister Margerette will take the child.” marion brushed back the childs now reddaning hair and started to cry…you have to go now and grow up with out me and become what every one knows you will be. Be brave like your father and be strong of heart like me! please dont forget me…my daughter!” she kissed the baby and the child took one last look into her mothers eyes and was taken by Sister Margerette. sister Loise consoled Marion as margerette dressed the baby in warm clothing and took her into the hall. “you have dont the right thing Marion, you will see that this is for the best and you will be happy when you see her again.” Marion cryed…”the story is that she is dead…she was born dead.” marion cryed harder and just nodded. sister loise got up and walked into the hall and took the child from Sister Margerette…we dont have much time.” Sister loise said and they started to run to the back gates and to the stairs leading down the mountain. the rain was heavy now and Sister Loise handed the child to Sister Margerette…protect her with your life my dear. Sister Margerette held the back on her back and wrapped her and the baby up as she walked downed the stepps to the thrashing river. the waters were higher now and much stronger. she was very scared but she knew it was the fastest way to get down to the main town of Ashton. She pushed a boat into the water and climbed in she barley made it as a large wave pushed the boat out. she held on for dear life as they twisted and turned, she didnt know when it would end but she knew that this would get her there faster than she thought. she was already half way down and it had only been a few moments.
when the town finally came the waters were still trying to push her away and she had to row with all her might to get to the docks which were over flowing with water. she and the child climbed out and the boat was taken by the winds. she wanted to stop it but it was just too fast. the rain was stinging her face and she finally got to the house of the llama man. she knocked on the door and yelled ” please! im must talk to you!” she yelled the man finally came to the door and she walked in without even having to be asked. “please may i buy 2 llamas from you i have a long journey.” “well that depends on how much you are paying!” he said with a sly grin. “she put down the baby and took out a medium bag of gold and handed it to him plus ill give you a second one, the same size for your secrecy. the man agreed and he gave her the best two that he had, which were mother and daughters. she also bout more blankets form him and food, ail and candles and such for the trip. he even threw in some extra stuff for the baby. which was a wooden llama. she was off and on her way again, with the rain still stinging her face and she guided the llamas as best she could and tried to keep them on track to the elders mountains.
